Do you offer Click and Collect services?
Yes, Click and Collect is available at our retail locations. Simply select the 'Pick Up' option during checkout, and we will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
What is your return policy for hobby kits and RC vehicles?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging. Please note that used fuel-powered engines or partially assembled model kits cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
